Our top priority is that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Select VUE Imaging systems offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you decide you don’t like the equipment for any reason during those first 7 days, just give us a call to set up a return or exchange. No matter what the reason returning or exchanging is that simple!
Unlike traditional purchases, when you receive your qualifying VUE Imaging equipment, you get to actually use it for 7 days. Set it up, see how it fits in your practice, and make sure it does exactly everything that you need it do.
There is no fee to return or exchange any equipment. You will be refunded the price you paid for the equipment, excluding the return shipping fee.
There are a few limits surrounding our 7-day Money Back Guarantee. The first day of your try-it-out period starts on the day that you receive the equipment. If you decide to return the equipment, please let us know prior to 5 p.m. EST on the 7th calendar day after receiving it. We will make arrangements with you to coordinate the return at that time.
Additionally, you can use the equipment for up to 50 images during your 7-day try-it-out period. You can still return the equipment if it’s taken over 50 images, however, for every additional image over the 50 image limit, we will charge you a fee of $1.00 per image. If you choose to exchange, you can receive up to three systems. However, if you accept the third system, you choose to forego the third 7 Day Money Back guarantee.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom items or where the equipment has been modified, damaged, or altered from its original condition when we delivered it to you. We also cannot accept a return if the equipment has been in an accident or has had a lien or other encumbrance put on the equipment.
Quick Overview
Return Period: Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to evaluate the equipment. Any return requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility: The 7-Day Try-It-Out Guarantee applies to select veterinary equipment purchased directly from the VUE Imaging on-line store. Please inquire whether a system is eligible before purchase. All USED systems are eligible for this offer.
Exclusions: Not all systems are eligible for this policy. All tabletop X-ray generators are strictly excluded from this policy. Please inquire whether a system is eligible before purchase.
Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact VUE Imaging within the 7-day period to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Equipment returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Condition of Equipment: Returned equipment must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included. Any damage or signs of use will result in a rejection of the return.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of the equipment. This includes the original shipping costs paid by the customer to receive the item, which will not be refunded.
Customers must ensure that the equipment is securely packaged for return shipping to prevent damage during transit.
Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned equipment, VUE Imaging will process a refund for the purchase price, minus any applicable shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within two weeks of delivery back to VUE Imaging.
Exceptions: In cases where the equipment is damaged or defective upon receipt, customers should contact VUE Imaging immediately for assistance. Damaged or defective items may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund under our standard warranty policy.
Policy Changes: VUE Imaging reserves the right to modify or terminate the 7-Day Try-It-Out Guarantee policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to customers through our website or other appropriate channels.
By purchasing veterinary equipment from VUE Imaging, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the 7-Day Try-It-Out Guarantee policy outlined above.

Delivery & Returns
You can purchase your equipment online and pick it up at the store, or ship it directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page, you’ll see your item description, price, and delivery timing. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional fee. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.
Free Delivery
Free three-day shipping is available on certain items. You can see in your cart if your item is in stock. Free three-day shipping is not available on customized products and for certain order types, including orders paid for with financing or by bank transfer. To get free three-day shipping, you will need to place your order by 2 pm, Monday to Friday. For instance, if you order your goods before 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday we will deliver them in three business days
