Delivery Options
You can purchase equipment online and either pick it up at our location or have it shipped directly to you. Shipping is free on select orders. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives on time. At Secure Checkout, you’ll see the item description, price, and estimated delivery timing. Where available, you may also select expedited delivery for an additional fee. Delivery times vary based on your address, item availability, and the time of day you place your order.
Free Delivery
Certain items qualify for free three-day shipping, indicated in your cart if in stock. This option does not apply to customized products, orders paid with financing, or bank transfers. To qualify for free three-day shipping, place your order by 2:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. Orders received by this time will be delivered within three business days.
Return Policy
We cannot accept returns on custom items, or on equipment that has been modified, damaged, or altered from its original condition upon delivery. Equipment involved in an accident or with a lien or other encumbrance is also ineligible for return.
Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be shipped in the original packaging. Buyer will be responsible for nay damage to the equipment. Repair costs will be deducted from the customers credit balance.
Equipment on a trial period must be paid in full before Vue Imaging will ship any equipment. This is a trial period. We do not offer any try before you buy programs.
Approved refunds on returned items will be made via the same method as the original purchase. Funds will be refunded within 14 business days of recieving the equipment back to our location.
We aim to make the process as smooth as possible so that you can shop with confidence.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sale@vueimaging.com.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3592 Sacramento Drive Ste 130, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA number on the package. All returns without RMS numbers will be returned to the sender.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
